We love hearing your feedback, views, wishes and feelings about the services you are receiving and how you think we are doing as your Corporate Parent. If you would like to make any comments, complaints or compliments there are a variety of ways you can do this.

Firstly, you can speak to your Social Worker or Personal Adviser. If you would like to escalate anything further, you can do this by requesting to speak to the Advanced Practitioner, Team Manager or Independent Reviewing Officer.

If the complaint, comment or compliment cannot be resolved in this way, you can make a complaint via the Local Authority’s Compliments and Complaints Team.
