Children's Education Advisory Service (CEAS)

CEAS are part of the MOD’s Directorate Children and Young People (DCYP) and are a small, dedicated team who are experienced in advising service parents on a wide range of issues regarding the education of service children in the UK and overseas.

You can contact CEAS by emailing dcyp-ceas-enquiries@mod.gov.uk. Please include as much information as possible about your query, such as the age of your child(ren) and an explanation of your situation, to help the team respond to you, and allow a few days for a response.

All queries about CEA and eligibility certificates should be made by email to the address above. If you need to speak to someone, the telephone number is 01980 618244 and there is an answerphone facility.

If you need to contact the Pay and Allowances Complaints and Casework Cell team (PACCC), please do so via your unit.

For further information about the service, please go to the Children's Education Advisory Service webpage.
