What children and young people tell us they need to be able to be happy and safe to have a say.　

Our children and young people with SEND told us that the relationships they have with the people who help them are very important. As a result, young people designed a way of understanding what made a good worker. 　

Children and young people told us what was good and bad about how people help them. These were turned into the 'Needs Statements'. 　

Our newly formed SEND Young People Voice group are now going to look at how teams and services can use the standards to improve their practice.
